Q: When will the park be finished?
A: The new Athco playground equipment and turf will be installed in late September/ Early October. A grand opening event is scheduled for Friday, October 12th, 2018 at 4:00 – 7:00 PM.
Q: What did they do with the old equipment? Was it salvaged?
A: Much of the old equipment was past it’s useful life and unable to be removed without damage. This made salvaging or reusing the equipment unsafe.
